Outstanding Service from Meineke

I had a fantastic experience with Meineke Automobile Services. My car wouldn’t start because of a battery issue while I was at the KDU Hospital parking lot with my child. Without jumper cables and no immediate help in sight, I turned to the internet and called the first number that popped up, which was Mr. Menaka’s. He was very professional—asking for my location via WhatsApp, sharing his live location for transparency, and showing up within 15 minutes as promised. He quickly fixed the problem and also offered helpful advice on battery warranty and car safety. What stood out to me was his honesty and his willingness to accept a bank transfer for payment, which made everything easy. Mr. Menaka is one of the most genuine people I’ve come across.
