As an owner of a BMW F10, I encountered issues with my Instrument Cluster after replacing the battery a few months back. While my fuel, temperature, and RPM gauges were functional, the rest of the gauge panel was not. I visited BMW Milroy and several other workshops, but they all insisted I needed to replace the entire panel, which would cost over 250,000/=. Recently, I stumbled upon a TikTok video about a repair shop, so I reached out for their contact number. I messaged them on WhatsApp about my problem, and they invited me to bring my car in. I visited today, and within a few hours, they fixed my gauge panel. The customer service was outstanding, and the price for the repair was unbelievable. The owner could have easily overcharged me since I had mentioned the quotes I received, but he was incredibly friendly and kind. I never expected to find such a welcoming garage that offers high-quality work at such reasonable prices. I genuinely hope this place thrives; even the staff were excellent in their customer interactions.
