I was quite impressed with the recent full service done on my Suzuki Wagon R at MagCity in Colombo. They performed an outstanding job at a fair price. The staff was efficient and attentive during the entire service process.

Their meticulous approach to both the technical servicing and the cleaning of the interior and exterior is consistently excellent. I took my car here for repairs after an accident, and it was a frustrating experience. They replaced the door and light, but they installed the wrong light. Shockingly, none of the staff noticed this mistake until I pointed it out. That's some amazing service! Additionally, they damaged the interior of my car. When I brought this up, they simply said they would put the removed parts back inside my car. Really? Now there are numerous scratches, and the overall quality of their work is very disappointing. I won't be coming back to this place again.

They don't provide repairs or diagnostics for older vehicles, even though it uses OBD type I EFI. Perhaps they lack qualified technicians to identify the problems, as they only seem to remove and replace parts, leaving you with a bill and unresolved issues.

I was let down by the customer service at the Mag City branch in Colombo. Although I recognize the quality of their work, the support provided is lacking. In an urgent situation, I attempted to reach out to the hotline and several supervisors multiple times, but received no response. Even with many supervisors present, my issue was overlooked. It felt as though customers were being disregarded. Their prices are a bit on the higher side, which would be fine if the service was commensurate with the cost. As customers, we deserve at least basic accountability, especially in emergencies. I hope Mag City takes steps to enhance their customer service and ensures that hotline calls and customer inquiries are addressed quickly. Good quality work should always be paired with solid customer care.
