Disappointed with Car Wash Service

I recently visited your car wash and paid Rs. 1,200 (Rs. 1,000 plus Rs. 200). Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn’t done properly, and I had to wash my vehicle again myself afterward. I'm quite disappointed with the level of service given the price I paid. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service standards.

Excellent Car Repair Service

I visited this place on a colleague's recommendation for a scratch repair on my car, and they did a fantastic job. The pricing was quite fair as well. The staff was very attentive, and they finished the repair in just 30 minutes.

Efficient Car Wash Experience

We visited for a wash and vacuum of our cars, and it took no longer than 30 minutes. They did an excellent job. With plenty of staff, the work is completed quickly. Plus, there's a waiting area with air conditioning where we can sit and watch our vehicle on a screen in the lobby.

Efficient and Affordable Repair Service

This is an excellent spot to get repairs done. The prices are fair, and the service is quick. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 AM and had it back by 5:30 PM for an accident repair. Prabath was very helpful and attentive. The paint job was flawless and immaculate. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service experience

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The closing time is 6 PM, and I arrived at 5:45 PM hoping to do a quick wash, but I was asked to leave and given two different excuses. The first excuse was that it was a holiday and there weren’t many staff members. When I called the landline just two minutes later, I was told it was a water issue, and the call ended abruptly. I cannot recommend this awful car wash to anyone. The owner of this disgraceful place needs to hire better employees, as they clearly lack discipline and motivation for their work. Their poor service will ultimately lead to the downfall of the business. Even if there are offers available, I advise against coming here. I can suggest any roadside car wash that would provide far better service than this one.
