Exceptional Service and Beautiful Bouquet

Excellent service with fresh roses
I stopped by the shop for the first time while pressed for time. The roses at the front didn’t seem very fresh, but I was considering buying them regardless. However, a staff member went to the back, retrieved fresh roses, and put together a beautiful bouquet for me. I’m truly happy with their service—they were very welcoming and friendly.

Disappointing Flower Quality
The staff was friendly, but the flowers were not fresh! I don't think it was worth the money spent, as most of the flowers were dry. The only fresh ones were the carnations, which had been taken from vases filled with water. All the other flowers were dried out.
