Extremely poor customer service. This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The way the staff treated customers was completely unacceptable. Instead of speaking to customers respectfully, they were shouting loudly and making us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. We raised the issue with the manager, but unfortunately, the response felt like nothing more than a meaningless apology. There was no genuine effort to address the situation or take responsibility. Good food can never make up for such disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Poor service ruins the experience

The cashier treats customers as if we’re there to eat for free, showing no respect. He has implemented a number of strict rules, such as requiring us to place all orders at once, with no option to order additional items while eating. Conversations with him are unpleasant; he seems to think we're just causing trouble instead of enjoying our meal. To make matters worse, we have to drink from the tap since water isn’t served. Previously, the staff were polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere even when issues arose. This new cashier, however, seems oblivious to good customer interaction, acting as though he’s the most important person in the room. With him in charge, the whole vibe of the place has become uninviting.
