    Exceptional Hair Experience at Salon LaParis

    Salon LaParis is a delightful hair salon where I felt completely at ease. Nishanta, the owner, provided me with fantastic personalized advice on my color and cut, and she executed everything flawlessly. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and collaborated wonderfully. The outcome is stunning, even surpassing what I had at my hairdresser back in Germany. If I return to Sri Lanka next year, I will absolutely come back. Many thanks to Nishanta and the team!

    Unclear Pricing at La Paris Salon

    I went to La Paris Salon in Panadura for a haircut and ended up paying LKR 5000 for a simple cut without any wash or styling. I felt that the pricing wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. As a customer, I think it’s crucial to know the total cost before the service begins. Additionally, it seemed like there were assumptions about pricing made without adequate communication, which made the overall experience quite uncomfortable.

    Disappointing Haircut Experience

    Unfortunately, my haircut was terrible; one side is uneven compared to the other. I spent 12k and I'm still not happy with the result. If needed, I can provide proof for the management's review.

    Disappointing Head Massage Experience

    I had the worst head massage I've ever experienced. This place is definitely not the right choice if you're seeking a good head massage. I also opted for a hair treatment, but it felt pointless. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied, especially considering the cost of RS. 4000 per person, which I wouldn't say is even worth RS. 200.

    Disappointing hair oil treatment experience

    My husband and I went to La Paris for a hair oil treatment, but we were quite unhappy with the service. It seemed like the treatment was performed just to get it done, lacking the necessary care and attention. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
