Service Issues Overshadow Great Crepes
The crepes here are fantastic, but I've noticed delays in service over the last few days, possibly due to some staff issues. I have a deep respect for Sri Lankan businesses and don’t want to undermine this one. Today, when I visited the outlet, there were two employees present. One was sitting in the dining area with a laptop while I waited 5 to 10 minutes to get my order processed. The other employee was busy making drinks. I glanced at the person with the laptop, but he seemed indifferent to my wait. I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but if he is, he’s not doing his job well. I couldn’t get my milkshake, and he left without acknowledging my presence. On a positive note, the girl working there was friendly and explained the situation. I would recommend another crepe as a solution, which is great. However, I urge you to avoid hiring employees who come off as arrogant. It’s the manager or supervisor’s duty to prevent issues like these and ensure customers' time is respected.
