We visited on a rainy morning around 9 AM and had a wonderful experience. The woman running the place, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. We ordered the mixed chopsy rice for 2200 LKR, which was a massive portion, definitely enough for two. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. While it’s not upscale, it has a cute and cozy atmosphere with plenty of red decor, and it’s conveniently located right next to the railway and very close to Panadura Town. It was quiet during our visit since it was early and still drizzling. The prices are quite reasonable, and the overall vibe was fantastic. There’s also a jewelry shop right next door if you feel like browsing afterward. I loved it! Highly recommend.
