I think people should be more honest and objective in their reviews—there's no way this place deserves 4 stars. JollyBeezs has a lot of work ahead regarding service, food, and pricing to reach a higher rating. The service was extremely slow, and the food hardly justified the prices.

We visited as a party of 16, and they managed everything flawlessly. The service was seamless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they made us feel at home from beginning to end. The food was genuinely outstanding — every dish hit the mark, and everyone in our group loved it. I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in Puttalam. A special thanks to Roshan for taking excellent care of us 👏

The food was flavorful and well-seasoned, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite there being few customers, we waited almost an hour for our meals to arrive. Enhancing the speed and attentiveness of the service would significantly improve the overall experience.
