The food is not good. The way the food is prepared is unpleasant

Poor service and disappointment
I’m giving one star for your lack of responsibility. Even after confirming my order via phone, you didn’t have it ready after two hours. To make matters worse, you turned off your phone, leaving me hungry and utterly let down.

The delivery service here is absolutely terrible. The staff had the nerve to lie to me when my order was late by an hour and 45 minutes. This marks my third negative experience with them.
