    Good budget stopover

    A pleasant spot at an affordable price. The staff has limited English skills, and the owner speaks a little. While the town itself isn't remarkable, this restaurant makes for a nice stop if you're passing through.

    Great stay for cyclists

    I stayed overnight during my recent cycling trip in Sri Lanka. The place was clean and reasonably priced. There’s also good local food just a short walk away at Sri Ram.

    Comfortable stay with good breakfast

    As an Indian from Kolkata, I stayed at this hotel and homestay from October 21 to October 22, 2023. It’s a nice place. The owner was friendly and made sure breakfast was good. Keep in mind that this hotel is located in Chilaw, which is quite a distance from the international airport.

    Great service and affordable rooms

    I had a pleasant experience here. The manager, Ashoka, along with his team, was very accommodating for our group of four. They offer air-conditioned rooms at a reasonable price, as well as non-AC rooms for an even better deal. The bathrooms in the room were nice and clean.

    Great stay with friendly staff

    The room was quite nice and clean, featuring a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the owner even gave me a ride to the bus station. I chose a non-AC room, which was the more affordable option. While Chillaw's sea is stunning to look at, swimming isn’t allowed due to the dangerous stone structures.

    Comfortable stay in a quiet location

    We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms are tidy and the bed offers great comfort. The A/C is brand new and functions flawlessly. The owner is quite friendly and communicates well in English. Being situated away from the main road provides a nice quiet atmosphere.
