The rooms are kept very clean and the staff is friendly. The views are lovely, and the location is convenient, close to both the bus and railway stations. They have a bar and a restaurant that serves outstanding food. It's a great spot to spend a few nights while exploring Lipton's Seat and the tea factory. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is easy to locate, just 500 meters from the train station, and the train noise isn’t an issue. We had the option of two rooms, both offering beautiful views of the valley. Additionally, the bus station and the town center with restaurants are nearby.

This place has an excellent location and the room was both clean and comfortable. We took a local bus to the Lipton Tea Factory, but unfortunately, it was closed on a Sunday. However, we didn't let that bother us. On our way back to Haputale, we walked and enjoyed the stunning views along the descent.

We visited with a group of eight. The location is conveniently close to the railway station. While the exterior doesn't impress much, stepping inside reveals a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and well-kept. We booked two triple rooms and one double room at a reasonable price. The bathrooms were also tidy, and hot water was available. They offer good food, allowing you to discuss and choose what you want. The only downside was the manager's demeanor. His focus on money made us feel uneasy. Aside from that, the place and the food were excellent.

We discovered this guesthouse when Mr. Ali approached my friend and me at the train station. After he showed us the rooms, we chose to stay for two nights because the rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the entire guesthouse had a pleasant and inviting feel.

Avoid this place! I’ve been traveling in Sri Lanka for two months, and this experience was terrible. The owner confirmed my reservation but ended up giving the room to a friend when I arrived. It’s clear he doesn’t care about his guests at all.
