We reserved a two-night stay at Kithala Resort due to the positive reviews. However, our experience fell short. While many hotels greet guests with drinks upon arrival, we didn't receive any, possibly because the front desk staff seemed preoccupied.

The rooms appeared nice, but the unclean bathroom left a bad smell that affected the entire space. The food didn't meet expectations and I would rate it as 'below average.' This place used to be fantastic a while ago, but now it seems to have declined.

We spent a couple of nights at this hotel, and it was quite a peaceful experience overlooking a stunning paddy field. The small pool was delightful, complete with a kiddy pool. Our rooms were spotless and the bedding was comfortable. While the bathroom was tidy, it felt a bit cramped. The TV in the room offered children's channels as well.
