We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Ziziphus Villa. Everything went smoothly, from the booking process to our check-out day. The owners were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Our room was impeccably clean, and the pool was a great spot to relax. As for the price, you really can't beat it; it's definitely worth what you pay! This was my favorite stay in Sri Lanka!

The kitchen serves tasty food, but be prepared for a long wait. The room is tidy, yet the dog can be quite noisy, and if you're in the bathroom, the neighboring apartment has a direct view through the window when you're showering, which can't be covered. Additionally, there aren't many restaurants or ATMs in the vicinity. I accidentally dropped a cup of tea, and I was shocked to be charged 1500 rupees for just one cup. Feels like a tourist trap!

This place is fantastic, both the restaurant and the rooms. The staff is excellent, always available to meet any guest's needs. The bedroom is very comfortable, featuring air conditioning and ample space, plus there's a well-maintained swimming pool and a lovely area to relax just outside the room. The food is fresh and tasty. Although we only booked for one night, they allowed us to stay for lunch the following day. They also arranged a driver for us and organized our safari at Yala Park. We were really happy with our experience and highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Ziziphus Tree Villas for two nights. The apartment was spacious and spotless, with very comfy beds. The pool was also well-maintained and provided a lot of fun. The safari organized by the owner was an amazing experience. The pickup and drop-off at the hotel went smoothly, and our guide was knowledgeable, taking us to many fantastic locations. The lunch provided during the all-day safari was quite tasty.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious, and we didn’t encounter any issues with hot water or anything else. The gentleman on-site was friendly and genuinely concerned about ensuring we had a good time. We booked primarily for the pool, and it did not disappoint! We stayed in the third villa, which meant we hardly heard the dog and didn’t notice any barking at night. There was some noise from nearby hotels on our second night, but that was likely due to external events like fireworks, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

We had a lovely time with our 6-year-old daughter! The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed some tasty curry at the restaurant. It's conveniently located near Yala for safaris.

We had a great stay overall. The rooms are quite spacious and have a simple decor. There’s a lovely pool right outside, surrounded by plenty of animals and palm trees. We arranged a thrilling safari trip through the hotel. I also enjoyed meeting Trudy the Budgie and a dog that barks quite a bit. Unfortunately, one of the beds lacked a mosquito net. ❤️

Though it's slightly removed from the town center and shops, the restaurant is still in a decent spot, reachable by tuk-tuk or a long-distance bus. There's even a bus stop just around the corner. The staff member there is friendly and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable.

This is a charming yet straightforward place! Nestled among lush greenery, our cabin offered the best view of the swimming pool, which was ideal for a refreshing dip! The evening ambiance is beautiful with the lights. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean, although there wasn’t a net over the single bed. We arranged a half-day safari through Ziziphus Tree Villas, which was a blast, and they have their own Jeep, making it very convenient. The food at their restaurant was simple but tasty; I particularly enjoyed the curry and omelette. The service was pleasant. Our family of three had a fantastic weekend here! 🌴💦🦜

What a great experience! The room was beautiful, featuring air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a nice warm shower. The restaurant was a fantastic extra. After an early morning safari, the pool was a delightful spot to relax! We arranged the safari through the villa, and it was amazing!! I highly recommend it! 🙌🏼
