Great stay near Arugambay beach

This place is fantastic! It offers great value for money. I stayed in a family room that was well-equipped with modern amenities. The property is well-maintained and conveniently located close to Arugambay beach. Although the restaurant was closed due to the chef being on leave, there are plenty of restaurants nearby for various dining choices. The hotel also features a rooftop restaurant and bar. Additionally, they provide a facility for charging my vehicle with an AC charging option.

Comfortable stay with noisy interruptions

My boyfriend and I spent four nights at this hotel. We were on the second floor, under the rooftop which served as the breakfast area and had a pool table. At around 11:30 PM, when we tried to sleep, we were disturbed by a lot of noise from young guests playing pool and partying upstairs. This went on until 2:00 AM, complete with loud yelling and even broken pool cues. We reported this to reception, and they intervened. Unfortunately, the same situation recurred on our second night, and this time reception couldn’t do anything about it. Eventually, we were moved to a first-floor room, which was much quieter. We appreciated their kindness, but we were worried about how this affected other families and guests. The rooms were decent and clean, but the staff's friendliness was inconsistent. Upon checking in, we had to pay for our stay in cash right away, which made us feel a bit uneasy. We didn't have enough cash on hand, and card payments weren’t accepted. We ended up handing over all our cash immediately, with the promise we could settle the rest later. At checkout, there was still an incorrect balance that hadn't been communicated properly, as we had already covered everything. The rooftop breakfast area was rather unkempt, with bird droppings noticeable on lamps, tables, and chairs. While I understand that such things can happen, it was quite excessive. The swimming pool also wasn’t very clean, and the sunbeds around it had bird droppings as well.

Great value and amenities!

The prices here are incredibly low. While we didn’t get a chance to see the pool, I hope it’s just as impressive. We had five beds for our group, along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Friendly service and great amenities

We received excellent and welcoming service. They let us check in early and allowed us to stay an hour past checkout. Muhallaf, one of the managers, greeted us with enthusiasm and offered helpful advice in every way he could. The rooftop features a pool table and games, while the pool itself is tranquil and lovely. It's conveniently located near the beaches along the main street. Highly recommended.
