Our host, Viraj, was incredibly friendly and attentive to all of our questions and needs. The setting is cozy, tidy, and serene, featuring a stunning view of the forest. They offer delicious pastries and outstanding lemonade. Overall, we had a delightful and comfortable experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Crystal Resort in Badulla. The room was immaculate, well-furnished, and very cozy, featuring clean bathroom facilities and hot water. Breakfast was delightful, particularly the string hoppers paired with dhal curry and pol sambol. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable and relaxing stay—definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed our time at Crystal Resort! What was supposed to be just a one-night stay turned into three because we loved it so much. The rooms are incredible—truly the best accommodation we've experienced in Sri Lanka—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. They come with A/C, hot water, and a fantastic view! The owner is a wonderful person, very friendly, helpful, and easy to chat with! We also had an excellent breakfast here, featuring String Hopper, Roti, Dal, Coconut Sambol, Pancakes, Bananas, Coffee, and Mango juice, and I highly recommend the Donuts too!

I really enjoyed my time at Cristal Resort in Badulla. If you're searching for the top place to stay in Badulla, this is certainly a fantastic option. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, featuring stunning views that enhance your relaxation. The location is superb and makes it convenient to explore all of Badulla. The staff are friendly and professional, always eager to assist, delivering exceptional service during my visit. The food was incredibly tasty, with a wonderful selection of freshly prepared dishes. Overall, the service went above and beyond my expectations. Most importantly, the resort feels very safe, secure, and trustworthy, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo adventurers. I highly suggest Cristal Resort to anyone traveling to Badulla. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
