    Great stay at The Serenity Hotel

    We had a fantastic four-day stay at The Serenity Hotel. Our apartment was very clean and spacious, featuring a large living room and bedroom. The balcony and expansive terrace offered beautiful views of the river and palm trees. I must highlight the excellent mattresses and pillows, along with the strong hot water pressure. The living room included a sizable table, which was perfect for my wife and me to work online. Amila and his wife were wonderful, friendly hosts, always eager to assist and recommend local attractions. Thanks to Amila's suggestion, we took a tuk-tuk to the stunning Dunhinda waterfall, which I believe is one of the most beautiful in Sri Lanka. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners, making it a great choice for fans of Sri Lankan cuisine. Overall, we left feeling like we were visiting friends.

    Comfortable stay with a friendly host

    We had a pleasant one-night stay at Serenity. The beds were cozy, the living room was roomy, and the shower provided hot water—everything was great. Upon arrival, we were treated to a tasty drink! Our host also organized a tuktuk for us in the morning at a fair price to take us to the train station for Nuwara Eliya, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend this place!

    Enjoyable stay with great views

    We had a pleasant two-night stay at the hotel. The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean and tidy. Two of the rooms feature a spacious living area with a dining table for six. Situated beside a river, the property offers a stunning morning view. It’s also conveniently located close to Badulla town. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It's a safe place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

    Great stay after scenic train ride

    We visited this place following our Kandy to Badulla (Ella Odyssey) train journey. After such a beautiful ride, we were thrilled to discover this fantastic spot at a very reasonable price. The place is extremely clean, featuring spacious rooms that make you feel like you have your own apartment. The balcony offers stunning views of the mountains, and there's a small spring flowing behind the backyard, which is also visible from the entrance. I highly recommend this place! The furniture is of high quality, and the interior decor is really appealing. Plus, its location is convenient, being close to temples, attractions, and just a short walk from the railway station!

    Exceptional Stay with Beautiful Views

    We had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and well-kept. Its close location to Badulla town made it easy to explore, and the owner’s friendly hospitality and willingness to help made us feel genuinely at home during our stay.     A peaceful and welcoming stay

    The Serenity truly lives up to its name, offering a calm and tranquil environment. It's situated upstairs at the back of the house with a private entrance. The space is light, airy, and well-kept. The bedroom is modern, clean, and comfortable, complete with an ensuite and a veranda. I appreciate the communal table and lounge area that includes a small fridge and kettle. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the location is conveniently close to town. I would definitely recommend this property.

    Friendly owner and great stay

    We spent a night here and had a wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and very helpful; he arranged our travel for us. Our room was spacious and clean, featuring excellent air conditioning, warm showers, and a lovely view. Plus, it was easy to walk into town from there as well.

    Comfortable stay with friendly hosts

    The accommodation in Badulla was lovely. The rooms were excellent, featuring comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. We had access to an entire floor, complete with a large common area and a big balcony. There were restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was tasty, and one evening, the hosts made a wonderful curry meal for us upon request. The host was very friendly and helpful, reaching out daily via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this place.

    Perfect Stay for a Quick Visit

    Although we only spent one night here, everything was spot on. The breakfast was tasty and exactly what we needed before heading out to catch our train to Ella. Our host reached out to us ahead of our arrival, suggested a budget-friendly dinner spot nearby, and even organized a tuk-tuk for our departure in the morning.
