I had lunch at the Dulsara Hotel, and it was the worst food I've ever had. I ordered fried rice and Nasi Goreng, and both dishes were completely tasteless. After eating, I ended up with a stomach ache. In my opinion, 2500 rupees is far too much for such a meal. I definitely won't be returning to the Dulsara Hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The service here is lacking, and if you're ordering food, be sure to inspect it before you leave. They don't serve the food properly and seem more focused on collecting payment than on customer satisfaction.

Badulla Dulsara restaurant failed to deliver what I requested for takeaway. I specifically ordered chicken gravy with egg roti and dal, but instead received dal and potato curry. To top it off, they charged me as if I had ordered the chicken curry.

I'm really let down by my recent visit. I ordered lump rice for Rs. 1300 with a friend. During my first trip, the food was actually good and enjoyable. But when we went back on Friday, the quality had dropped significantly. The lump rice was so bad we couldn't eat it; it tasted spoiled and was genuinely unpleasant. Honestly, it seemed unfit even for a stray animal. Additionally, the staff and owners were unfriendly and didn't seem to know how to communicate well with customers. The customer service was very poor. I hope they make serious improvements to both their food quality and service. At this point, I can't recommend this place to anyone.
