The room service from Harshani is top-notch. Aditya and Upeksha at the reception provided great assistance. Saman and the restaurant crew were both polite and efficient. We can confirm that you will experience genuine Sri Lankan hospitality at Hotel Kethumathy in Rathnapura.

The rooms are decent, and the service meets expectations. The staff members are courteous and willing to assist. On the downside, there's a need for better cleanliness to enhance comfort during the stay. All in all, it was a fairly standard experience.

I had a fantastic experience at the Kethumathi hotel with my colleagues from China. The room was tidy and cozy. A special shout-out to Adithya at the front desk; she was warm, welcoming, and very professional, making us feel at ease right from our arrival.

I've visited this place several times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The charming decorations were a delightful surprise; I appreciate the effort put into them. The rooms are more spacious than I anticipated, and the staff, especially Miss Adithya and Mr. Saman, are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. Plus, there's ample parking available. I also enjoy the traditional Sri Lankan coffee from their restaurant, which feels very comforting.

During our recent stay at Kethumathi Hotel, we accidentally left some money behind after checking out. The receptionist was exceptional; she called us multiple times to remind us and even safely deposited the money. We were truly impressed by her honesty, kindness, and sense of responsibility. It's not often that you encounter such sincere and thoughtful service these days. A big thank you to the Kethumathi Hotel team; we genuinely appreciate your integrity and hospitality!
