Spacious and Welcoming Guest House

This guest house definitely falls within the 5-star range. The room I stayed in was impressively spacious, measuring 200 square feet. The bathroom was spotless, and all the fixtures looked brand new. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no mosquitoes buzzing around. Its location is convenient, close to the town and easily accessible from the main road. Mr. Nava is a truly kind-hearted individual, always ready to help with anything you need. His family also contributes by serving delightful meals, and I learned that he is an ACCA accountant as well. I look forward to returning in the future.

Great value guesthouse experience

This fantastic guesthouse ranks among the best value accommodations I encountered during my three-week motorbike journey across the country. Nestled down a peaceful lane away from the main road, it offers a modern, spacious, and clean room and bathroom. The A/C functioned perfectly. The owner and his wife, who reside on the ground floor, are incredibly friendly and communicate well in English. They offer breakfast for a small additional fee. For meals, I recommend Sri Kishna Cafe, just an 800-meter stroll to the edge of the Lagoon. It's a tidy, budget-friendly spot serving Tamil cuisine, where I enjoyed a delightful masala dosa every morning.

Clean rooms and great amenities

The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The shower cubicle even appears to be brand new. This is an excellent place for foreigners to stay. There's a dining area that's well-stocked with toasters, electric kettles, and a fridge, making it convenient for small meals.

😊: We received a warm family welcome in a wonderfully clean, spacious room filled with light. The views of the trees were stunning. The location was convenient, close to a bus stop and various dining options. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and readily available. The bedding and bathroom were both lovely. Convenient Stay with Great Amenities

RoaBaa Guest House is ideally situated on the main road from Trincomalee to Batticaloa, just a few minutes' walk from the well-known Pizza Hut, major banks, and a shopping center. The guest house features eleven tastefully decorated A/C rooms, each with a TV and all necessary amenities, including attached bathrooms. There's also a fully equipped dining area with a four-burner electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Ample parking is available, and the host is quite charming. It's only 1.4 kilometers from the Batticaloa railway station.
