Service Issues with Tea Experience
The service was lacking, and although they promised us snacks and tea, we only received tea. Unfortunately, the tea was just hot water with tea leaves, and they didn’t even add sugar. It cost 120/= for the tea. Additionally, we had to buy water ourselves after our meals since it wasn’t provided.

Mixed experience in a pricey stay
The stay wasn't worth the cost at all. They charge 4500/- for an air-conditioned double room, but during my visit, I had a rat come to visit at night as soon as I took out any food. The beds were comfortable and the AC functioned well, but that's where the positives end. There was very little space to move around, and while the washroom was spacious, it was quite basic and in need of significant upgrades. Noise was an issue too; I could hear conversations from other rooms and the hallway, although it might just be a problem with the room I occupied, which was right by the hallway. On the bright side, the host was very welcoming. However, the location left much to be desired, as it required a nearly half-mile walk to the nearest shop. The path at night was through a dimly lit road next to three churches with cemeteries, making it less than ideal for families at night.

Unfair Booking Experience
I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I tried to book the last room, which is close to the Weber Stadium, for just one night. The person I spoke to informed me that someone else had already booked it for three days. I was being honest about my situation and mentioned I was paying in cash. The establishment shared their bank account details at 2:13 PM, but then after 30 minutes, I was told it was already booked. I had been coordinating with him since the morning. This feels completely unfair and it's really disappointing. Be careful if you're considering booking here.

Comfortable stay in a great location
This place has a prime location for some relaxing rooms. The air conditioning works well, and the prices are reasonable. They also provide access to water. However, I did notice that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but that's not uncommon. The owner is friendly and speaks English quite well.
