Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food
This was truly one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've encountered, especially since I actually enjoy their food. I stopped by on May 14th during a rainy day, and while I get that the weather can complicate things, the management and staff response were lacking. We initially went upstairs for seating, but because it’s an open rooftop-style area with only partial coverage, rainwater had splashed onto the tables and chairs. Normally, I wouldn't mind that since the rain and view contribute to the atmosphere. However, what let me down was that the staff just watched us stand there awkwardly without offering any help, guidance, or even cleaning off a table for us to sit at. We were practically left to figure things out on our own while they observed from a distance. Eventually, we decided to eat downstairs, and I was honestly shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The dustbin area was dirty, the floor near the sink was messy, and to top it off, water was leaking in from upstairs onto the tables while customers were dining. The frustrating part is that I really do like their food. Their biryani and rice dishes are genuinely flavorful and worth coming back for. That’s why this experience was even more disappointing; the food has great potential, but the service, cleanliness, and overall management of the restaurant seriously detract from the experience. I sincerely hope they improve, as this place could be much better with proper staff training, quicker service, and better upkeep, especially on rainy days.
