Disappointing waxing experience

I recently went to this salon for a full leg waxing session. The owner and staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. However, I was let down by the unprofessional way the service was handled. Instead of using a waxing bed or table, I had to sit on a chair and stand during the process, which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. Moreover, even though I had booked a full wax, I noticed there were still spots with hair left behind. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, as the main goal of a full wax is to eliminate all unwanted hair.

Disappointing salon experience

I was really let down by my visit to this salon. I went in for a short wolf cut, hoping for a fresh and flattering look. Unfortunately, the stylist rushed through the consultation and didn't take the time to grasp what I wanted. The result was an uneven cut with choppy layers that didn't blend well at all. It seemed like the stylist wasn't paying attention to my face shape or my preferences. The staff appeared disinterested in the clients. Given the quality, the service felt overpriced, and I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this place and I certainly won't be returning.
