I booked a breastfeeding consultation through Doc990 at Asiri Central. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment due to a misunderstanding about the timing. I contacted the doctor to explain the situation, but I was very disappointed with the way I was spoken to. The doctor’s response felt rude and unhelpful, and I felt I was not given a chance to properly explain what had happened. I understand that doctors’ time is valuable and missed appointments can be frustrating, but I believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope there will be more understanding and respectful communication with patients in the future.
