Disappointing Service at Wedding Venue

Attended my cousin's wedding on June 29, 2023, and I was really let down by the hotel staff's service. Everything from the utensils to the restrooms was quite dirty. I even had to notify the banquet manager about the soup bowls, which had mold and some oily residue. If you're considering this place for your special day, you might want to think again before making a reservation. The only positive aspect was the location.

Great seminar experience with tasty food

I attended a company seminar here and found the hall to be well-organized. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was delicious and had less oil, which I appreciated. I also spent one night there and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable.

Misleading photos, low quality experience

This hotel falls short of expectations. We were deceived by the images on the profile, as the reality is that the place feels old and unclean. They are using outdated photos and even pictures of the Blue Sky Grand to promote their rooms, which is completely unacceptable.

Pleasant venue with some issues

I recently went to a friend's wedding at this venue. The food was good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the setup in the wedding hall could use some work—certain areas weren't cleaned properly, and the condition of the elevator area was quite disappointing. Even with these drawbacks, the venue shows promise, and I hope to see these issues resolved. Overall, it's a solid choice for events that still has some room for growth.

Great food, but washrooms need work

The meals at Hotel Blue Sky are truly tasty — fresh, flavorful, and expertly cooked. Unfortunately, the experience is marred by the washrooms, which are not well-maintained and require immediate improvement in hygiene. Addressing these cleanliness issues would greatly improve the overall experience.

Great venue for events

Convenient hotel with clean rooms

This hotel is situated in a great location and features several banquet halls along with guest accommodations. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and comfortable, with hot water readily available. They also provide clean towels and bed linens, which is definitely a plus. On the downside, a significant issue is the lack of toilet paper, which is quite disappointing. It would also enhance the experience if tea and coffee-making facilities were available in the rooms. Overall, it was a very good experience, especially with the air conditioning, and it’s priced reasonably.
