Good food, poor service experience

I tried several crepes here, and the food was quite good—freshly made and satisfying. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, even during less busy times. It felt like there was a lack of management or coordination. Despite having about eight staff members on duty (more than the number of customers), we ended up waiting for nearly an hour. Only drinks were served in that time, and the main dishes took a long while to arrive. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that some items were sold out. This should have been communicated sooner instead of making us wait while they went shopping for supplies.

Delicious Nutella Strawberry Crepe

I really enjoy the Crepe Runner-Wattala location. One of my favorites has to be the Nutella Strawberry Maniac with corn flakes—it’s truly incredible. The crepe itself is wonderfully soft, generously filled with Nutella and fresh strawberries, while the corn flakes provide just the right crunch. Every bite is a delight! 🤤 The servings are ample, and the flavors consistently impress. If you’re a fan of desserts, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. I highly recommend giving this crepe a try! 🍓🍫✨

Delicious Sweet Crepes and Milkshake

I had an excellent dine-in experience at Crepe Runner! I tried two sweet crepes along with a milkshake, and everything was incredibly tasty. The crepes were fresh, well-made, and bursting with flavor, while the milkshake was creamy and very satisfying. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. This place is definitely a fantastic choice if you're in the mood for something sweet. I can't wait to return!

Pleasant spot with some drawbacks

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is commendable. However, I have to say that the crepe could have been more flavorful, especially given its French origins. I feel like this place might be a bit overrated and on the pricier side. Even so, it's a decent choice for a tasty meal and a nice time, though I’m uncertain if I would return.

Unpleasant experience with milkshake
