We received fantastic service from Nimashika and Sanduni during our trip to Wattala Cafe. The food was delightful, and the tea was exceptionally tasty. I highly recommend visiting for some great refreshments! 👌

I had a wonderful day with my grandpa after a special treatment at Hemas Hospital, followed by a visit to Coffee Nori Cafe 😊. I really enjoyed the food and the espresso coffee. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service from Nimeshika, a new intern who's been there for a few months. She really understands customers' needs and knows how to treat them well. Nori Cafe is a great choice, and I believe this girl has a bright future ahead. Your cafe could see more business with employees like her. I kindly urge you to provide her with opportunities for career growth, good salary, and promotions, as she has the potential to make a significant impact on your cafe. The service was disappointing. The woman at the counter seemed preoccupied with her coffee while I was waiting. Although I spoke to her in English, she continued to respond in Sinhalese for some reason. Additionally, the muffin I had was quite dry. It felt like she was more focused on her phone than on serving customers.

The Rs. 600 yellow lunch was not worth it. Last week, it came with a cutlet and salad, but this week those items were absent, leaving the meal feeling incomplete and quite disappointing. It even seemed like it might have included leftovers. On a positive note, the serving staff were friendly, polite, and delivered excellent service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the yellow lunch unless the quality and consistency see improvement.
