Delicious Food and Great Service

The food was incredibly tasty and very spicy, and the service was good as well. The only drawback is that there aren't enough servers, which makes things a bit slow. However, I want to give a shout-out to Dananjaya, our server today and during our last visit, for being so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Dananjaya seems to be a key player at Isso Battaramulla, as we observed him hustling to take orders from every table, serving, cleaning, managing the cashier, and even assisting in the kitchen. That's why I’m giving 5/5 stars!!!

Disappointing Service Experience

I want to share my disappointment about the service my family and I encountered during our recent visit to your Pelawatte location. We made quite a trek specifically to eat at your restaurant. When we arrived, we saw that there were empty tables in the air-conditioned dining area. However, your staff denied us seating there and didn’t provide a clear explanation or any assistance. As customers, we expected to be treated fairly and with respect. It was very disheartening to travel all that way only to be refused seating in an area that seemed to have plenty of space. This experience made us feel unwelcome and affected what we had hoped would be a pleasant dining experience. I kindly ask that you investigate this incident, evaluate how your staff handled the situation, and ensure that customers are treated with fairness and professionalism moving forward. I would also welcome an explanation of your seating policy, especially when tables are visibly free. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to enhance your customer service.
