Poor service and communication issues
The team falls short of their promises regarding personalized service and being the top pharmacy. My calls go unanswered, and they take too long to respond to delivery orders on WhatsApp. Some staff members seem quite sluggish.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
This is easily one of the worst customer service teams I've ever encountered. They completely disregard their customers and don't even make an effort to respond to messages. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and clearly lacks concern for those depending on them for medication. Save yourself the hassle and take your business to a place that genuinely values its customers. I highly do not recommend this.
