    Wonderful Family Experience at Sunset

    We had a lovely time at the Grand'Hôtel Café during sunset with family. The service was outstanding and impressively fast. Everything felt just right; the afternoon tea menu was superb, the cakes were delightful, and the cappuccino was expertly crafted. It’s a fantastic spot to dine in Elya.

    This place is incredible, offering tasty food in a very upscale setting. Our server, Davindi, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which truly enhanced our experience.

    Delicious coffee and cake stop

    To escape the cold, we enjoyed some coffee and a slice of carrot cake, both of which were delightful. Gihan provided exceptional service—he was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly! I highly recommend this spot for a break while exploring Nuwara Eliya.

    Delightful Latte and Treats

    Janati prepared a latte for me that featured adorable bear art. She was very kind and gentle throughout the experience. I also loved the cinnamon roll and the tropical fruits.

    The food was excellent, slightly pricey but not overly so, making it a worthwhile visit. I really enjoyed my experience and would suggest it to others. Our server, Gihan, was friendly and skilled at his job.
