Disappointing Service at SR Pharmacy

Around 11 a.m., I visited SR Pharmacy to buy some items and was looking for a good sunscreen. I asked a staff member for a recommendation, and she suggested a sunscreen, which I bought and took home. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the cream tube was damaged. I attempted to call the pharmacy but couldn't get through, so I returned in the evening to address the issue. At the front entrance, I explained my problem, and the staff directed me to another counter. After explaining the situation again, I was told I could just use super glue to fix it. I insisted that since it was facial sunscreen and the skin is delicate, I couldn’t use a damaged product. I clarified that I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a replacement. The staff member spoke rudely, claiming he couldn’t replace it and that the owner wouldn’t allow it. I pointed out that the box wasn’t sealed and that all the boxes had broken seals, plus their staff had recommended that product. He then began to argue, told me to “get lost,” tossed the cream aside, and walked away. I took a picture of the situation, and he even attempted to grab my phone. I took the cream and went outside. Eventually, they resolved the issue over the phone, and a new cashier later came to apologize and replaced the sunscreen. I believe staff should treat customers with respect. I was really let down, especially since the cream cost 3000, and I don’t have much experience with sunscreens. Please ensure that staff are properly trained in customer communication and service.

Great service and affordable prices

The service here is highly professional, and the prices are quite reasonable. There's plenty of parking available too. The staff is friendly and discreet, especially a young girl who was very helpful despite the language barriers.
