Disappointing Waxing and Pedicure

My visit was quite disappointing. The waxing was not done well—there was wax left on my skin, patches of hair were still there, and it resulted in noticeable irritation and redness. The pedicure was just as unsatisfactory; my nails were not shaped correctly, the cuticles were neglected, there was no scrubbing or exfoliation, and the polish was applied poorly. The only bright spot was the manicure, which I liked. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I hope the salon takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their standards.

Extremely Disappointing Nail Salon Visit

My experience at this salon was really disappointing when I went to have my nail extensions removed. I had a noon appointment but ended up waiting around 20 minutes. Once I was finally attended to, the technician ended up cutting several of my natural nails and then left me waiting again for about 10 minutes. She applied a nail remover and wrapped my nails in aluminum foil, but before the process could finish, another staff member asked her to assist with another customer's eyebrows. I was left sitting there for another 20 minutes before she returned. This unprofessional service and disregard for my care has resulted in my natural nails being badly damaged and extremely painful. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a professional salon. I am very disappointed with how my appointment was managed. My nails are now weak, damaged, and painful. I won't be coming back and would not recommend this salon to anyone.
