My first visit to Euni salon was fantastic and surpassed what I anticipated. The staff were prompt and helpful, and I found the prices to be fair. Their makeup made me feel gorgeous, and I got lots of compliments at my campus party. A huge thank you to the Euni team for a wonderful experience!

I'm really let down by the attitude of the makeup artists and hair stylists here. I just wanted simple makeup and some curls for an event, but from the moment I asked for my services, the girls were making faces and rude noises, claiming I had applied oil to my hair. Even if I had, their reaction was completely unacceptable and made me reconsider my choice to come here. To make matters worse, while curling my hair, the stylist used high heat and nearly burned my hair, leaving a horrible burnt smell and causing damage while pulling at it, which gave me a headache for two hours. The eye makeup was painful due to the excessive pressure applied to my eyeballs. I only continued with the services because I was running late for the event, even though the whole experience was uncomfortable and awful with the makeup artist.

I had an awful time at Salon Euni in Matara. I went in for a layer cut and to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman who cut my hair was quite rude and seemed careless. After she cut my hair, she used a high heat setting on the dryer, which was painful for my scalp. I ended up leaving without getting my eyebrows done at all due to the poor service. This was my first experience at Salon Euni, and I won’t be returning. The customer service was extremely disappointing – it’s the worst salon I’ve ever been to.

This place can be described as a station offering very efficient service. There's ample parking available, and the staff are friendly. However, I found the prices to be somewhat on the higher side. It feels safe, and the service station is well-maintained and attractive, with clean restrooms. There’s a clear system in place, but I noticed a lack of facilities for disabled individuals. While you can expect good service overall, some of the maids can be a bit careless at times. Still, it's a solid choice.

I visited today for a keratin treatment since my previous salon didn't do a great job. I'm really pleased with the outcome; the stylists were friendly and worked quickly because multiple team members handled the treatment. The results are fantastic, and the price was reasonable too!

My experience at Salon Eveni in Matara for my convocation makeup was quite disappointing. I had hoped the salon would help me look and feel my best, but the makeup did not meet my expectations at all, leaving me very unhappy with my appearance. This was such an important day for me, which made the overall experience even more disheartening. I had anticipated receiving professional service and a high-quality makeup finish, but instead, I felt upset and dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon for convocation makeup. I urge you to think carefully before booking for a significant event, as my experience was sadly not a positive one.

I never recommend this place to any lady as this place is full of unprofessional people with mean attitudes to treat the customers. Then what's the point of talking about customer care..... It's extremely poor and they know nothing of what customer care is. They do serious damages in their unprofessional and unskilled way of treatment.

I had a dress made at Salon EUENI, and even with its intricate design, they did a fantastic job. The finishing touches were meticulous, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming, the prices were fair, and my dress was delivered right on schedule as promised. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.

I visited this salon for a haircut, specifically requesting curtain bangs. Unfortunately, I ended up with a very uneven, layered haircut instead. If you’re unable to perform the haircut that a customer requests, it would be better to admit that!
