Disappointing experience with some bright spots

This visit was quite disappointing. We were only told after placing our orders that many dishes were unavailable, despite the restaurant being more than half empty. Had we known earlier, we might have chosen to leave. When our food finally arrived, we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for cutlery, which could have been provided while we were waiting. The fattoush salad was overly vinegary and sour, while the bread was softer than I prefer and lacked the usual crispiness, though it still tasted good. On a positive note, the hummus and potatoes were quite enjoyable. The service was decent and friendly, and it was no trouble to pay separately. Given that the restaurant has only been open for two months, I might consider giving it another shot in a few months. However, the staircase definitely needs fixing; it’s already coming loose from the wall.

Stunning Ocean View and Welcoming Staff

The restaurant boasts a gorgeous view of the ocean and offers a straightforward menu inspired by Middle Eastern flavors with a touch of Sri Lankan influence. We had a wonderful time, and the staff took great care of us, ensuring we felt right at home even though we weren't staying at the hotel.

Wonderful Lebanese Dining Experience

As a hotel guest, I dined at the restaurant for the first time today, and it was truly fantastic; everything was spot on. We tried two varieties of hummus, both of which were simply delightful. The bread was warm and lighter than what you usually find in Lebanese cuisine. We also enjoyed the Fatouch Classic salad, which was freshly made and came with a very flavorful dressing. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. For instance, I asked for the "welcome drink," which I enjoyed so much that they prepared it fresh for me again. We had an amazing evening. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lebanese dishes, and the drinks are top-notch as well. Great value for the price!

Fantastic evening with delicious food

I appreciate the wonderful evening! Everything was incredibly tasty, especially the hummus with lamb, which was among the best I've ever tasted! The service was exceptional; everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cool. Best team ever—highly recommend!

Great food, but portion sizes lacking

I had a wonderful time at Neem Bistro. The food is genuinely authentic and tastes fantastic. My only issue was the portion sizes; after having two appetizers and a main course, I still felt a bit hungry. I would have appreciated a side of rice or something similar. Other than that, everything was delightful.

Delicious food and friendly service

The food was fantastic! The Chich Taouk Plate, featuring marinated chicken skewers, was bursting with flavor and incredibly tender. The Hummus Pink was quite tasty as well. We would have preferred a side like naan bread instead of a hopper. The service was very friendly. We would certainly return for another meal 😊

Disappointing Lebanese Cuisine

We didn’t find the Lebanese food to be authentic. The fattoush salad tasted like an ordinary salad and didn’t resemble a real fattoush at all! On the bright side, the service was pleasant; the waitstaff were kind and accommodating.
