I'm uncertain about the staff's professional training. I made an appointment for a cleanup and eyebrow shaping, and I specifically mentioned that my skin is very sensitive. I warned them that over-poking to remove blackheads could lead to scars and marks. They completely disregarded my concerns and proceeded with the exact method I had advised against. When I tried to stop them during the process, the technician insisted it was just a little bit. A week later, I still have noticeable scar marks on my nose. I'm frustrated that they didn’t listen to my concerns. The same issue occurred with my eyebrows; I pointed out that one side was longer and asked them to start from there, but they ignored me and ended up shortening both sides. I also requested to keep them thick, yet they removed more than usual. I really hope they learn to pay attention to their clients' preferences. Now, I need to consult a dermatologist for the scars on my nose.
