The staff here are really nice, but the hotel itself is quite disappointing. Everything feels old and unclean. The air conditioning isn't functioning properly and is really loud, especially with the nearby rubbish dump attracting birds.

This hotel was the worst place I've ever stayed. The TV wasn’t working, and I had to go down to the front desk ten times. The air conditioning didn’t function, forcing me to pack up and switch to another room. Once there, the AC remote again didn’t work, and I had to complain yet again. In the middle of the night, I was sweating because the AC wasn’t working properly, and the fan sounded like a helicopter – so noisy! They advertised a pool, but when I checked in, it was empty. They promised to fill it in the morning, but nothing happened. Ultimately, there was no water to wash up after using the bathroom, yet there was a notice instructing guests to flush properly – what a joke. 😒🤮 The service was terrible.

This place is lovely, and I highly recommend it. It's conveniently located near the beach, and has a cozy, tranquil vibe. They offer shisha and have a café on the upper level. The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist.

The service here was quite good. However, I noticed an uncomfortable odor in the room. Additionally, there’s no direct beach access; you have to walk past several houses to get to the beach.

I'm baffled by the positive reviews because this hotel is terrible. The pictures do not reflect reality at all. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The staff is unhelpful and rarely smiles. We had no water, making it impossible to use the toilet, and it took a long time to convince them to move us to another hotel that's supposedly part of the same chain. Thankfully, that hotel was really nice and modern. We had to haul our luggage the 500 meters to the new hotel ourselves since no assistance was offered. To top it off, the pool was out of service. This hotel is disgusting and the staff gives off a creepy vibe. I definitely cannot recommend it. While the hotel boasts a sea view, it’s not from the room; instead, you see a bunch of rundown tin shacks that look neglected. On the bright side, the beach is stunning and very close by. The location is about 5 km from town, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Once again: absolutely not recommended!!!!

We spent six days in a second-floor room that was quite spacious, cozy, and a great value for the price. The absence of a musty smell, which is common in many hotels, was a big plus. The pillows were all clean and showed no signs of black mold, unlike some other places we've stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location near the ocean was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants. We needed to extend our stay until the evening for a late flight, and they didn’t charge us extra despite it being stated separately. Overall, our experience at the hotel was really good.
