Slow service with average designs
The wait time here is frustrating. The sales staff seemed slow and unmotivated. We were hoping to quickly grab two bangles but ended up waiting for five minutes just for them to acknowledge us. The designs themselves aren't impressive either. Although this is a long-established jeweler, the service leaves much to be desired. I came here based on a recommendation from a loyal customer, but it seems that familiarity might be key to receiving better service. Overall, I cannot recommend this place!
