Recently, I visited Keells 2 located on William Gopallawa Mawatha in Kandy. When I inquired with a girl in the bakery section about lava cakes, she responded with noticeable anger and asked the girl at the counter without saying anything further. Her attitude was off-putting, and it left a negative impression.
