Great gym with friendly trainers
This gym offers a good variety of weight training machines and a treadmill, plus the trainers are approachable and supportive. The pricing is also quite fair.

Well-equipped gym with room for improvement
The gym has new equipment, and all the cables are in good condition. They offer dumbbells ranging from 2.5 to 30 kg, and there are plenty of benches and a Smith machine available. A day pass costs 350 LKR. I recommend going early since there are no fans, but the area out back is much cooler. I would definitely use this gym again. It would be great if they sold water on-site, as there's a shop across the road selling cold 1-liter bottles for 60 LKR.

Cramped and Dusty Gym Experience
This place is a total letdown! To call this gym elite is a serious exaggeration. The entry fee is 600 rupees, but honestly, you should be compensated for stepping into this facility. It's incredibly cramped and has poor ventilation. The changing room raises some serious concerns, and there's just one toilet for everyone to share. There are only three tired-looking mats, and the equipment is outdated and dusty. The only positive point is the lockers where you can secure your belongings. I couldn't find any other benefits worth mentioning.
