Our entire family visited this place and we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. Everyone enjoyed pedicures and manicures, plus our hair was washed and cut, and we walked out with stunning blowouts. The service was both highly professional and friendly, making for a genuinely delightful experience from beginning to end.

I had an excellent time at Urban Style Salon. The haircut was exactly what I wanted, and the hair coloring came out beautifully. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon if you're after quality service and a nice atmosphere!

I've visited this place several times, and the service has consistently been excellent. I usually book an appointment with their hairstylist Deshan Bandara, who does a fantastic job. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable.

I had my wedding grooming, haircut, and beard trim done at this salon after booking an appointment about a week ahead of time. As someone experiencing noticeable hair loss, I was truly pleased with how they styled my hair to cover it naturally and effectively. Both the haircut and beard trim left me fully satisfied. That said, I wasn't entirely happy with the grooming service. I believe more care could have been taken during that part. I brought my rented Arya Sinhala dress for grooming, but unfortunately, the sarong got accidentally burnt by a hair dryer during the process. Luckily, it’s reversible, so I managed to wear it with the damaged part hidden by the shirt. I think more caution is needed when dealing with customers' clothing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon for haircuts and beard styling.

I wasn't happy with my haircut, which led me to visit another salon for a fix. 😥 On the bright side, the customer service at this salon was fantastic. They refunded my money and even offered a free service to correct my hair, though I opted not to take it. On a positive note, my husband had his haircut here as well, and it turned out great. While my own haircut didn't meet my expectations, I can't fault their professionalism and dedication to customer care.
