Royal Pharmacy in Katugastota has very rude and unprofessional customer service, showing a lack of respect for seniors. As regular customers for over 50 years, we feel they don’t care about our needs or questions. It seems they disregard our business while exerting authority with their medicine. This team comes off as heartless. Please spread the word to raise awareness about this unprofessional establishment.

Royal Pharmacy in Katugastota is an excellent spot! The employees are incredibly pleasant and welcoming. One standout feature is their distinct medicine storage rack system — it’s well-organized and effective. I highly recommend it!

The highlight of this establishment is definitely the staff. They provide highly efficient service and excellent customer care. You could practically get all the medicine you need from them. They do have a small parking area, so if traffic is heavy, it's better to opt for a trishaw instead.
