On June 7th, my daughter was admitted to the hospital due to the influenza virus. I sincerely appreciate the nurses and doctors who took care of her. The cleaning staff and the food were also quite satisfactory. I had a positive experience last year when I was hospitalized for dengue as well. I hope it continues like this😊 …

The service here is extremely lacking, and the staff are unresponsive to our needs. We repeatedly inquired about medication and treatment, but they failed to address our concerns properly. When it comes to patients in pain, their responses are delayed and inadequate. Additionally, the hygiene standards are also very poor; during our three-day stay, the bedding was never changed. The nurses don't seem to be performing their duties effectively, leaving us very disappointed with both their treatment and hygiene practices.
