This is a lovely venue, ideal for weddings and parties. The food quality is decent, and the indoor setup is nice, simple, and visually appealing. However, the staff could be more friendly and should undergo better training. Although it's advertised as a fully air-conditioned wedding hall, the cooling isn't up to par; it feels like the cheapest option available.

I had a nice three-night stay at Sesatha. My room was tidy, peaceful, and offered a lovely view of the paddy fields and bamboo groves. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was quite decent as well. However, I think they should consider adding screens to the windows to keep the mosquitoes out.

We celebrated our wedding at Sesatha Hotel a week ago, and I’m not quite sure where to begin describing this amazing experience. Our guests are still praising the food and the hall. I truly wish I could award them more than 5 stars! The staff was attentive and prompt, the food was fantastic, and the venue itself was stunning. I felt completely at ease as the management and staff took care of everything from start to finish. The Grand BallRoom is gorgeous and appealing. The menu was impressive for the budget! The food was very delicious. There’s also ample parking space available. I wholeheartedly recommend Sesatha Hotel to anyone looking for the perfect venue for their special day! I've been here multiple times for small gatherings. The food is quite good and flavorful. The customer service is commendable. Prices are fair. The atmosphere is calm and serene, with lovely views. There's enough parking for several cars, though it might not suffice for larger events. Overall, I had a nice time there.

Wow! I can't find the words to describe how stunning Sesatha Hotel is! I was completely amazed when I arrived! I absolutely love this place! We celebrated our wedding at Hotel Sesatha on December 5, 2025, and the entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The hotel management and their team provided exceptional support throughout the planning process right up to the big day. Since we were living abroad and organizing most of the details remotely, we had numerous questions, and the team was always quick, patient, and genuinely caring in their responses, which greatly eased our stress. We reserved the hall that accommodates around 200 guests, and it was just right. There was ample space for everyone, a comfortable dance floor, and enough area for the poruwa. The venue itself was immaculate, tidy, and well-kept. The staff attending the ceremony were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our special day without any worries. The pricing was quite reasonable, and they offered excellent packages for the DJ and other extras, which was very convenient. The food was outstanding, receiving lots of compliments from our guests. We also ordered milk rice for the tea table and bites, which were affordably priced and highly praised. Many guests shared positive feedback about the food and the overall arrangements. In summary, our experience with Hotel Sesatha was extremely positive, and we are very thankful for their service. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Sesatha to anyone seeking a beautiful venue and a dependable, supportive team for a momentous occasion.
