    Great hospitality and delicious food

    I truly appreciate your kind hospitality. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is the best Sri Lankan cuisine I've had—it's very flavorful! 😋

    Beautiful view but several issues

    The view of the surrounding field is absolutely stunning. The hotel appears to be quite new and is in good shape. However, our stay was quite chaotic. Initially, the room seemed cozy, but once we entered, it had a terrible smell reminiscent of a sewage pit. The odor was intolerable, and despite this, we received no proper remedy other than a small air freshener. We booked through Airbnb, which I suspect contributed to the issues we faced. The management does not seem to accommodate Airbnb guests well; they charged us again on-site, claiming the Airbnb rates were incorrect. Although this request was reasonable, they insisted we pay for additional rooms and wouldn’t adjust the amount we had already paid through the site. The food lacked flavor and seemed more appropriate for those who don’t enjoy spicy dishes, making it unsuitable for locals. While the deviled chicken and pork were decent, the overall dining experience was overpriced and unappetizing. On a positive note, the on-site manager was friendly. The main highlight of this place is definitely the scenic view. I would suggest booking directly after inspecting the room and consider dining elsewhere since the food left much to be desired.

    Wonderful Stay with Great Service

    This place is truly amazing! I was really inspired by the lush green views surrounding the hotel, along with the excellent service provided by the staff. The food was delicious and met all my requests. I highly recommend this fantastic spot to anyone visiting the Polonnaruwa and Minneriya areas.

    Great stay with excellent food

    This hotel has everything you could want—spacious, tidy rooms with amazing views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic. They prepared a fish curry and fried fish for us, which turned out to be one of the best meals we enjoyed during our entire trip.
