I had made a reservation for a party ahead of time, but they informed me that it couldn't be accommodated that afternoon and would be canceled. Their behavior seems quite irresponsible. Be cautious when selecting this hotel.🤬👎

The service was quite poor. I had pre-ordered food for a gathering, but it wasn't ready when we arrived. Even the kitchen staff seemed unaware of our order. They eventually served the food around 9 PM, but there was no dessert available because they said the kitchen was closing at 10 PM. When I inquired about taking home the leftover food that we had already paid for, they informed me that they couldn't pack it since the kitchen was closed. Overall, this is not a good venue for gatherings.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere was incredibly soothing, and the staff provided exceptional service. Additionally, the food was outstanding and very tasty. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return next time.
