Right on the beach, this place offers stunning views of the beautiful shoreline and waves. The room is brand new and comes with plenty of amenities. The standout feature is definitely the bathtub, which allows for a lovely view of the beach even from the bathroom. I highly recommend this villa, which also has a seafood restaurant in the same location.

Thilina is an outstanding guide in Kosgoda! He has extensive knowledge, offers trips to other cities, and shares historical insights with ease. He knows the best places to take visitors and is genuinely a trustworthy and fun person! His vehicles are in great shape, and he helps select excellent spots to explore. The service is top-notch! We traveled with him to temples, observed turtles, and visited various attractions. It was an incredible experience at very reasonable prices! Thank you, Thilina! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Our tour was fantastic. Thilina, our guide, was very helpful and arranged wonderful visits to the river safari, Buddhist temple, tsunami memorial museum, moonstone mine, and more. I strongly recommend experiencing this with Thilina Sri Lanka Tours!

This place is fantastic! The room is incredible and feels completely new. The bathroom even has a bathtub. The welcome we received was wonderful, and we really appreciated it. During the daytime, the water pressure is a bit low, but it improves significantly after 5 PM.

This is a well-constructed and well-kept room located just 100 feet from a beautiful private beach – truly a hidden gem! The spacious accommodations feature a bathroom with a shower, a fridge, and an electric kettle. There's also a restaurant conveniently located outside. The owner is very nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful...

I had a truly amazing experience at this place. The staff was incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate my needs perfectly, which is just what a busy European like me needs for some genuine relaxation. The owner has clearly poured his heart into this establishment, and it feels like his dream has come to fruition. The villa is located right on a quiet, secluded beach, far removed from tuk-tuks, trains, noise, and crowds. Each day, I drifted off and woke up to the soothing sound of the ocean. As a notoriously picky sleeper, I was surprised to find that I didn't even need earplugs once. I enjoyed deep, peaceful sleep and finally felt my entire body relax. In the mornings, I was treated to an incredible, authentic experience as I watched local fishermen pull in a 150-meter net. The beach has a nearly private feel, creating a calm and grounding atmosphere. Additionally, it's situated right next to a Sea Turtle Conservatory, where you can release baby turtles into the ocean — such a magical experience. The owner and the team assisted me with everything: booking tours, arranging transport, providing fresh celery juice each morning, and keeping my plans flexible. They truly went above and beyond in every way possible. If you're searching for a place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy genuine Sri Lankan hospitality, this is the ideal location. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My two kids and I just had an incredible six days at Oruwa Turtle Beach! I’m struggling to find the right words to describe how joyful and peaceful our time was. The room was cozy and spacious enough for the three of us, equipped with everything we needed for a great stay.

We had a lovely time at Oruwa. The villa is right on the beach, and during our stay, we were lucky enough to see turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. It was a treat to experience this. Next to the villa, there's a hatchery where they keep the eggs safe, and every evening during the season, they release the baby turtles. Witnessing this was truly special. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The owner checked in a few times daily to ensure everything was going smoothly. They’ve just opened the first floor, and our room was wonderful. It was tastefully decorated, featuring a nice large bed. The ocean view was breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony or from one of the terrace tables.
