I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all. Additionally, they expect guests to provide food for the staff, which is quite unreasonable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The atmosphere was nice, but the hotel's actual condition fell short of what the photos suggested. They mentioned that we needed to provide food for the staff, but this requirement wasn't communicated when we booked the hotel.

Our time at this location was delightful. The rooms were both clean and roomy, and the staff took great care of our entire group. The owner was an exceptional hostess, making us all feel right at home. I highly recommend this spot for a safe and spacious getaway. 💕

This is a fantastic spot for a big family outing. We had a wonderful time with nearly 70 people attending. The swimming pool was impressive, complete with a lifeguard present. It felt very spacious and tranquil.

This hotel turned out to be quite a letdown. Although the environment seemed decent, the overall upkeep of the property was lacking, except for the swimming pool which was well-maintained. The rooms were in poor shape, with broken and neglected amenities. The online images are very misleading and do not match reality, which was frustrating. What really crossed the line was when management asked us to supply food for the staff. This was completely unexpected and was never mentioned in advance. Additionally, the staff acted unprofessionally, which made our stay even more aggravating.

I was quite let down by our recent experience at this hotel. Prior to booking, we had a clear discussion about the pricing and the specifics of our stay. However, when we arrived, we were unexpectedly informed that we had to provide meals for the hotel staff (8 members), which had never been mentioned or agreed upon. This felt both unprofessional and unjust. Moreover, the property's actual condition didn't align with the pictures shown online. The reality was noticeably different from what was advertised, which felt misleading. In summary, this experience was frustrating due to poor communication, hidden expectations, and inaccurate portrayal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others unless they work on these issues and improve their transparency with guests.

Upon our arrival at the villa, we found it to be unclean. The bed sheets appeared to have been used, which was quite off-putting. Given the price we paid, we had anticipated a much more satisfactory experience. This villa falls short of deserving a rating, and the management ought to be more transparent with their customers. Overall, our stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this villa to anyone. I won’t be coming back.

I had a really unfortunate experience at this villa and I'm quite let down by the service. Right from our arrival, the staff was unwelcoming, and the check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Upon entering the villa, it was far from clean. The bed sheets appeared used, the floors were dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor in the rooms. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with broken fixtures and inadequate cleaning. Water pressure was low, and at times, hot water was unavailable. The furniture seemed old and worn, and the villa did not resemble the online pictures at all. The service was lacking. Whenever we sought assistance, the responses were sluggish, and the staff's demeanor was unprofessional. They seemed unfriendly and indifferent to the guests' needs. One of the biggest letdowns was being informed by the owner that we needed to provide food and meals for the villa staff. This was never disclosed at the time of booking. If this was a requirement, it should have been communicated clearly beforehand. It feels very unfair to place extra responsibilities on guests after they've booked. Given the price we paid, we anticipated a significantly better experience. This villa does not live up to its rating, and the management should be more transparent with customers. In summary, this was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this villa to anyone. I won't be returning.

My visit to this hotel was rather disappointing. While the location is nice, the property's overall upkeep leaves much to be desired. The only area that appears well-maintained is the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms is lacking, and the in-room amenities are not taken care of properly. Moreover, the photos showcased by the hotel online do not accurately represent reality and could mislead potential guests. A major issue was that the management informed us we needed to provide food for their staff of around eight people. This was not mentioned during the booking process and is frankly unacceptable from a professional standpoint. The unprofessional conduct displayed by both management and staff added to the negative experience, resulting in an overall unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We reserved the whole villa through an agent. It featured 14 rooms and was absolutely enormous. The grounds were adorned with lovely trees, and we spotted peacocks and monkeys. The rooms were quite spacious and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly as well.
