    Exceptional stay with great service

    We visited as a group of friends and were truly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail. The staff greeted us with cinnamon iced tea while lighting a traditional oil lamp, and our rooms were immaculate, offering stunning views of the ocean and garden. The three meals we had at the restaurant were a fine dining experience at its finest. A special shoutout to Ms. Prarthana at the concierge desk for making our visit truly memorable!

    Friendly staff but needs cleanliness

    I visited for lunch and a massage before my flight. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. However, the spa and massage area could use some improvements; it felt quite unclean and neglected.
