The staff here are fantastic; they're very responsive and helpful. The food is excellent, especially the fried rice and the devilled chicken and fish. The pool is average, but a few broken tiles underwater caused some cuts and bruises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

This place is a fantastic retreat, especially the tree houses, which create a romantic atmosphere perfect for young couples. The outdoor pool is impressively clean and offers a great view of the beautiful lake. We were lucky enough to see a mother elephant and her two calves swimming across the lake. The staff were friendly, but they could use some improvement in their attire and overall appearance. The front desk service was somewhat lacking.

I stayed overnight for a business trip with a group of seven. Upon entering our room, we discovered evidence of a snake 🐍 that had been there, as we found its shed skin. To make matters worse, another group was hosting a party with loud music. I informed the hotel manager multiple times, but the noise persisted until around midnight, making it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep 😬. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel isn't very suitable for small vehicles.

Situated in a prime spot, this place offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The staff are lovely, and the food is very good. Everything is clean and well organized, with plenty of nice animals around. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for one night and found the place charming, with stunning surroundings. The room was clean and well-kept. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

This place is perfect for animal and bug enthusiasts. You can unwind by the pool while watching monkeys and various birds. We opted for the tree house, which is quite charming, though accessing the upper floor can be a challenge. The staff is incredibly attentive, particularly Inoshan (apologies if that's not spelled right), who made our visit even more enjoyable. We also arranged a safari through the hotel and were thrilled with our guide, Kesun, who was determined to show us as many animals as possible; he truly has an eagle eye! On the downside, it's common in these types of hotels to encounter a little critter in the bathroom at night, but they’re harmless. The restaurant served decent food with generous portions at reasonable prices, but I believe the quality of the ingredients could use some improvement.

I absolutely adore this place! From the moment we stepped in, everything was fantastic. We enjoyed an incredible safari arranged by the resort, which was definitely the bumpiest ride but also the most enjoyable adventure. The food was tasty, and the staff were exceptional. We can't wait to return!

I absolutely adore this spot. From the warm welcome to the gorgeous scenery and delightful food, it truly has everything. There's a small pool that looks out over the lake, along with wooden treehouses and stone villas. The safari we booked through them was fantastic; we had the bumpiest jeep ride but had a blast. While the rooms could use a bit more cleaning, honestly, who spends that much time in them? The key takeaway is that the bed was incredibly comfortable. Thank you all, we will return!
